Alanya
A 13th-century Seljuk fortress with 6.5 km of walls around the peninsula, reached by road or cable car.
Sapadere Canyon lies northeast of Alanya in a narrow, deep valley. A wooden boardwalk of roughly seven hundred metres runs along the canyon.
At the end of the trail there is a waterfall with a natural pool beneath it. The water is cold year-round and only a limited section is suitable for swimming.
Along the route the canyon walls close in at points and cut out the daylight. It is about an hour by car from central Alanya on a mountain road.
