About

Antalya Museum displays finds from excavations across the region in chronological order and ranks among the most comprehensive archaeology museums in Türkiye. The halls follow a sequence from prehistory through to the Byzantine period.

Roman sculpture from the excavations at Perge forms the core of the collection; the hall of emperors and gods is the museum's best known section. Sarcophagi, mosaics and relics attributed to St Nicholas are also on display.

It stands in Konyaaltı, within reach of the city centre by tram. Allow at least two hours; being indoors, it is comfortable even on hot days.
